Tony founded Local Electric LLC after a long and successful career of directing electrical operations for other companies in the industry. During his decades of work in the electrical profession he has established a reputation of being dedicated to the success of a project and genuinely concerned about other people. A family man, Tony believes in building others up and staying focused on the important things in both work and personal life.
Perry Williams
Vice President / Manager
Perry has two decades of experience in the construction industry having served in the executive, management, and pre-construction roles, and has coordinated the operations of several multi-million dollar electrical projects. Over the years he has proven to be always “a phone call away”, highly communicative, honest and transparent. He has learned from, and is still very close to his father Jerome Williams (a Master Electrician of over 40 years). Perry excels at tapping upon the experience of those around him to fully understand a task and the issues it may pose.
The Crew
Like most companies, those working at Local Electric come from a variety of backgrounds. Unlike most companies, we are trained and promoted from within, generally have an established history with the company and each other, and trust and rely upon each other when needed. This results in many outstanding qualities including a professional staff with aggressive construction approaches, a sensitivity to owner and GC requirements, as well as excellent communication and coordination. The electrical trade can be rough and at times difficult, but those in the picture above have been characterized as having high-endurance. Each has proven the ability to execute projects with a positive attitude and excellent quality of workmanship, despite the very demanding schedules and tasks that are sometimes encountered.
